Work Orders (General / Emergency)

For general maintenance work the resident will contact the Administrative office during hours of 8:30am to 5:00 pm Monday- Thursday at 803-774-7301

General Repairs: Our goal is to respond within an average of three(3) working days or a time relative to the type of call and material availability with includes repairs such as repairs, replacements, extermination. *Due- to COVID 19, at this time, routine / general requests may take longer than usual to address; however, will be addressed as soon as possible.

Urgent Work Orders: Potential threat to health or safety of a resident or imminent danger to the property . the goal is to respond to all urgent requests within the next business day.

Emergency Work Orders: Threat to the safety and health of the residents ,   Damage to physical assets of the authority,  Lack of Heat during winter season, Lack of AC during summer season for residents with reasonable accommodations, Major electrical problems, excessive water leaks or toilet stopped up( if only one toilet in apartment) All emergency work order must be abated or completed within 24 hours.

When calling in the repairs, a work order is generated and entered as routine/urgent or emergency . Maintenance will respond accordingly depending on repair.

Emergency weekday response is Monday- Thursday 5:00 pm to 8:30 am. Weekend response is Friday1:30 pm to Monday 8:30 am . For all after hours call will go through the answering service at 1-866-744-3951
